We are so delighted to know you are planning to attend the FGBMFI 2023 World Convention in Accra. A big hug awaits you on arrival !
There are two ways to get Visas for Ghana.
1. DIRECT APPLICATION:
Apply to the nearest Ghana Embassy or consulate in your nation or nearby.. The application is usually filled online, and documents mailed to the Embassy for processing. Visa fees vary from country to country. FGBMFI is happy to support your application with a formal letter of invitation to the World Convention.
Alternatively:
2 VISA- ON- ARRIVAL
We can alternatively apply locally for your Visa-On-Arrival. Your Visa Approval letter issued by the Ghana Immigration Service which is valid for travel, will be e-mailed by us to you, while your Visa stamp will be ready at the Airport Immigration desk on your arrival at Accra..
The requirements on your part for this are as follows:
1. Copy of your Passport ( Bio page)
2. Copy of flight itinerary
2 Hotel or Accommodation details
4. Visa fee - $ 150. ( sent by PayPal or Bank Transfer , details attached )
FGBMFI Ghana will apply on your behalf, provide all the necessary guarantees, and ensure you receive your visa at least One month before your travel to Ghana.
Our FGBMFI protocol team avail themselves in every way possible to ensure you get your visa timely for your travel to Ghana.- whether directly or on arrival.
GHANA HEALTH -ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. Yellow Fever vaccination certificate
2. Covid- 19 vaccination card
OR - Test result valid 48 hrs before travel.
There is no other health requirement for Ghana.
About Malaria : It is not a serious threat in Ghana. There is NO vaccination for Malaria. However it is helpful for first time travellers to take Prophylaxis drugs like MALARONE as a preventative or mild treatment. Others simply apply insect sprays to the skin when outdoors for long periods.
