Terence Rose was raised in a family business which was principally mining and civil engineering with interests in the United Kingdom and West Africa. The company expanded into the automotive industry; opening operations in South Africa.
There his entrepreneurial skills created a level of success that enabled a commitment and desire he had to empower indigenous people by creating a self sustaining business model. This gave birth to an organization Terence founded that he named Impi ka Umbono. This organization offered social and economic upliftment and development to communities in Kwazulu Natal and Gauteng.
To take success and enrich others is his motivation and goal.
He is the International President of the largest Christian business organization in the world, and a director of a Private Equity company based in the Caribbean.
A former professional player, coach and manager he maintains an interest in British football.
